Rare and very early green glazed steatite scaraboid with decorative top. Reverse side has glyphs that read "Nub Nefer Ankh Nefer Ankh" . Nub is glyph at the bottom, means happiness, richness & gold. Nefer is symbol of beauty, and Ankh is symbol of life. Translates to: "Long life, beauty and happiness to the wearer." Middle Kingdom, XII Dynasty ca 1971 B.C.
