Very rare depiction of a youthful Erote / Eros, from Hellenistic Greece, ca. 2nd to 1st centuries B.C. Seated upon an integral socle, clutching a bunch of grapes, winged outstretched behind, remains of original white pigment. 5-1/4"H, intact and excellent.

This piece is intact, and is in superb condition, save for some minute dimples that run around the piece.
