An excellent Roman glass pitcher, ca. 1st – 3rd century. It is 4-1/2” high, 3-1/4” in diameter and is made from light-blue glass, streaked with deep blue. The handle is elegantly formed and the neck is decorated with multiple trails. Typical encrustation and areas of iridescence. Choice example.
