Ancient Egyptian 25th Dynasty Faience Shabti
This is a very nice example of ancient Egyptian Late Period faience shabti. This piece dates to the 25th Dynasty (800-657 BC), as indicated by the T-Band of hieroglyphic inscription on the front. The inscription is not discernible, however.

These figures were used as servants to the deceased for the afterlife, placed in large quantities in the tomb with the mummy.

Measures: 108 mm (4.25") tall.

Condition: Repaired from a clean break to the ankle, and a miniscule chip to his right shoulder. Else choice.

Provenance provided to purchaser.
