| Relics of the Nile is pleased to present this superb ancient Egyptian ushabti with T-Style glyphs. This example is completely intact with a tremendous ancient faience glaze remaining. The details on the face, sulk and hoe (agricultural instruments) and the remainder of the piece are outstanding. Please see additional pictures for closer views of the face and body. The craftsmanship on this piece is magnificent. The glyphs on the front are in the "T" Style and have not yet been translated. This style was very popular during this period. The back pillar also dates this ushabti to the 26th Dynasty (664 - 525 B.C.). A wonderful large piece that measures 4 1/2" in height and makes an impressive display. | ||
