An excellent Tairona necklace from Colombia, ca. 1000 - 1500 AD. It is 21" long and consists of beautiful carnelian beads, including bullets and large tubes, as well as a large carnelian center bead, all set off with greenstone spacer beads. Restrung on Soft Flex, with a modern gold clasp. Gorgeous and ready to wear. Museum deaccession. |
