A superb grade ancient Greek silver drachm of Ariarthes 5th, set in modern 18ct gold as a pendant. Four .02 point genuine diamonds set into surround. A truly magnificent pendant bringing ancient history into modern fashion. Designed and crafter by a master jeweller.
